aren't they Hollands' pies?

The popular myth seems to be that they are unique to Norwich, whereas I'm sure the real story is that Delia selected the best 'generally available' pies out there, disappointed by the quality of the ones that were being sold, which is why we have Hollands* and not say Pukka. But because people are walking into the land of Delia they adjust to the idea that they have a special pie in wait.

*may not be Hollands. and Hollands as in the pie manufacturer, not Schtevein.
