1. Make a pasta sauce with tomato passata, chilli, lemon juice, basil, and shallots. Add cooked linguine to the pan. Stir around and serve onto warmed plates. Place scallops (cooked in butter) on the top.

2. Make a sauce with condensed cream of mushroom soup (or fresh single cream), garlic, touch of chilli, shallots, white wine. Break up some smoked salmon slices into small pieces and add them to the sauce. Good with linguine pasta.

Always cook your pasta sauces in a large frying pan and then add your cooked pasta to the frying pan. Then stir around. Never over cook pasta.
