Once gastroenteritis wiped me out over xmas, meaning I missed 6 mint nights out that were planned, it was the easiest decision ever

I'd glad I did it when I wanted to, because 4 weeks of withdrawal is not pretty at all. Loads of things happen, and you wonder if it's worth it all, but after about 6 weeks, it starts to get better and is well worth it
