She's a cook, not a restaurateur

Delia's works at the local level that is NCFC, where effectively it's more of a mass catering organisation. I don't believe it would extend to London restaurants.

However, I do think there's a lot to be said for branding more ingredients. There's already the "Delia cheat ingredient" stamp; extend this into own range. Plenty of Norfolk food firms.
