NCFC director Stephan Phillips is one of their top executives. Let's hear what he has to say. And if things are as grim as being reported in the NOTW, I'm sure Peter Cullum will want to help. He did make a great play of the fact that he was a big Norwich City fan. And surely no fan would want to see us go under, would they, Peter??
