our midfield is way too lightweight.

What I've seen of Championship this year the skill levels might not be up to much but the pace and physicality of it are way above what I've seen in League One.

Doubt Hoolahan, for instance, would get much of a kick (well, he'd get a lot of kicks but you know what I mean). To accommodate him you'd probably have to replace Martin with another 'proper' midfielder to get the numbers there up to 4 (we've been getting away with 3 this year because Hoolahan is really just an attacking player). Oh, and Lappin would have to go.
