Also - found it funny they couldn't even bring themselves to have a picture of Lambert in their programme for the section on the visitors, and instead had a massive pic of Gunny with his name in big letters as if he was still manager (using his recent interview for the blurb)!

Plus another one about the programme - why did football historian Leigh Edwards choose David Marshall ahead of Green in the six City keepers he picked (the others being, obviously, Nethercott, Kennon, Keelan, Woods & Gunn)? Ending up at Cardiff and still down the pecking order for your country doesn't match up to consistent performances in the Prem for a few seasons and a few more internationals to your name, does it?

Also - anyone else find their intermittent signal on their PA absolutely maddening? I'd've been able to hear that band far better without the amplication. Could've been the rain affecting the mikes, but still.

Also, also - people I overheard seemed to share my opinion that the stewards were quite open, friendly and helpful, despite expectations and warnings to the contrary.

Pppppps - loved it when that big copper flattened that Col U lad who jumped the hoardings to 'take us all on'.

And that little City kid who waved to attract our attention before the half dozen stewards turfed him out of the East stand.

One last thing - anyone seen any post match comment from Cowling? Net linkage would be lovely.......... (I notice there's a Richard & John Cowling on the board too; Vice Chairman & Director respectively - bet they love their sibling now!)
