"Act of God" In Insurance. I'm pretty sure this is no longer allowed by the FSA

All policy restrictions have to be clear and defined, we are not allowed to have undefinable exclusions such as that anymore.

An Insurer could exclude flood, storm etc or adverse weather, but simple Act of God no longer exists.
