The FACT that Worthington never signs players

that are deemed problem/arrogant (or have had any kind of incident in the past) and only signs players with high "commitment" and "workrate". Huckerby maybe, but the fans pretty much made up his mind there. Worthington is not very good at the man management side of the game, look at the list of players he has fell out with? Kenton, Bentley, Mcveigh, Rivers, Edworthy, Mulryne, Mackay (Rumoured), Once scorned your card is marked.
