How many managers have you actually met and asked?

A manager is not meant to change peoples personalities completley, but help them to get in the right frame of mind to be playing football sucessfully. He could of channelled Mulrynes arrogance in to areas of his footballing ability which would enhance his productivity on the pitch. A good manager or a good "man manager" would use peoples personalities to the teams advantages and curb them when he thinks they are going the wrong way. Worthington is not very good at handling problem/arrogant players, thats not a criticism its a fact
