One of Worthy's worst decisions was

to not offer Svensson 2 yr deal but give one to Thorne instead.
Svensson would have been good this year and indicated at time he would have stayed with 2 years.
Another huge problem is that we have no leaders on the pitch, although not the greatest players both Malky and dare I say Holt were leaders and rolled their sleeves up and drove us on when things were not going well, who honestly can we turn to now to do that?
