No idea about Freesat. All i know about freesat is you get ITV HD.

Although, I am told that you can now get ITV HD on Sky HD, as long as you've had the new EPG installed (I haven't).

Freeview has all the main terrestrial channels, BBC3 BBC4, ITV2, ITV4, E4, more4, Sky Sports News, and a lot of other s**t.
