It isn't, and from the fact you've gone quiet on that I'm guessing that you accept that that's an indefensible position

It therefore follows that some handballs ARE worse than others. This is not evidence of moral confusion, as you suggested, just evidence of a nuanced morality

The only question which remains is what circumstances ought to be taken into account in nuancing the position

I myself think that the more important the occasion, the bigger the audience and the more important the consequences of winning or losing, the more reprehensible a serious piece of cheating (like handling in the box) is
