You could make a boot cd of this

It's a linux operating system. It won't delete your current OS, it will just run from the cd if you put it in. When you re boot, the original settings boot up as normally

Think of it like safe mode

It runs your pc from the ram, and does a clean up (I think), so if there's some kind of start up virus lurking it could clear it

It's worth a try if it catches something ccleaner didn't
