Techie help required please....
My p.c has been freezing alot lately, after about 5 minutes of use it freezes up completely, At which point i have to restart the computer on the power button. When i turn it back on it comes up on a black screen saying "searching for dmi pool" Immediately followed by "a disc read error has occured press cnt alt del to restart" And after pressing that it just comes up with the same error over and over.. I have to leave it off for about an hour before it will turn on at which point it freezes after 5 minutes again. Arghhhhh! I thought to start with it may have been a memory or ram problem but after slimming my processor usage down to 27%, freeing up 13 gigs on my hard drive, disk cleans, de frags, and even a crap cleaner for coookies and all the rest it, it still freezes and searches for the dmi pool... Any ideas or suggestion would be GREATLY appreciated!
