Its a good job the UK has never imprisioned/executed innocent people!!!

I dont know much about the other guy but John Allen Muhammad is a real f**king scumbag.

He shot innocent women while they were just walking along.
He modified a car so he could use a sniper rifle to gun innocent people down.

I can fully understand indignation by some to captital punisment but rarely do they ever spare a thought for the victims of the crimes.

The victims often met far more horrific and painful deaths.......

Where was their mercy?
