well.........

thats their opinion of his website, defending him i know he's very good at his job and very successfull - many repeat clients and contracts for maintaining websites and running updates. He listens to what his customers want and provides the neccessary creative/technical skills to achieve it.

For website design, theres not much else a customer wants.
