i made brown curry from a jar of brown curry last night

is it ok to say brown curry? anyway, it all went quite wrong this morning as before i drove my good lady to work I scooped the remnants into the bin. when i got back home my dog had dragged the entire contents out of the bin all over the kitchen floor. he's hiding now.
