I like to think I implied in my post that I would like to see Worthington sort it out ...

... and would be happy to forgive a lot of things if he does.

However, the current levels of performance are not acceptable, and he seems to be signing exactly the kind of players that he was booting out five years ago. Which is immensely frustrating, and suggests that he is losing the plot.

I suppose we'll just have to see if he pulls a good signing out of the bag - the first team is really only two players away from being a really good Championship side IMO.
