I think I'm something of an expert on hot sauces and chillis now

when I was a kid I used to grow all sorts from seed and make them into sauces.
I should really look into doing that for a living. I think I'd like that. All time favourite - mexican Chipotle chillis mixed with a sweet tomatoey sauce - the business
