Ah, the "no guarantee" probably means they'll just try to put the drive

in another disk caddy or machine and use an off the shelf recovery package if they have to. Frankly, I wouldn't get your hopes up... The pros use all sorts of clever things to get data off your HD, which is why they cost so much; but they'll recover every undamaged bit.
