1 good season, maths problem?

surely finishing in the play offs then 8th was fairly impressive as he had hardly spent anything and inherited the squad that Rioch and Hamilton had built? add to that finishing champions and the fact that everyone realsitically expected us to be relegated from the Prem I think you're being a bit harsh!
