PC Buying advice.....

Chaps,

If I may??..

I want to buy a PC (or laptop) which I mainly want to use for photo editing.

I can buy a decent monitor separately if need be, so the package does not need to include monitor, mouse, keyboard, etc.

CD/DVD writing is not important as I can use my other laptop for that. WIFI not important either.

I?ve budgeted ?150 for monitor and ?350-400 for PC.

Anyone got any recommendations?
