Freedom2Surf provide my broadband (they were bought by Tiscalli who have now been bought b

Sky provide my landline telephone (over BT's wires), but my phoneline seems fine for making old-fashioned telephone calls on, it's just the broadband that's a problem

(i do know for a fact that my exchange has not had its loops unbundled - so that isn't an issue)
