They really don't know what to do. They followed Tory policies since 1997 and still it all went horribly wrong (basically because they just let the City do what it wanted otherwise they wouldn't have lasted a week). Now the Tories will have carte blanche to do what they want. This will involve very severe cutbacks in anything remotely resembling public service while leaving the City to get on with what it does best (gambling with someone elses money). Any business, public or private, outside financial services will be allowed to fail
