I had a problem with my smart card last week after using Cis. Basically....

rung the help desk thing and was told it would be fine and just needed to be recycled, which was done then it still didn't work so about 4/5 incidents open and closed later it suddenly accepted it. My own fault for actually bothering to go into cis I suppose! Wasted the vast majority of the afternoon which was a bonus though!
