I eat too much at weekends that's my problem, I probably do about

an average of 1.5k calories a day midweek and an average of 3k calories a day weekend (inc Fridays), with no exercise. Then there's all the hidden calories like sugar in tea etc and takeaways that you don't always realise how many calories you are taking in.

I just need to go to the gym a couple of times a week, once I get stuck in it'll be alright, it's just that initial effort innit
