Massive B&Q FAIL!!!

they've done away with hoomuns on tills at hall road and replaced them with automatic tills that take your cash but don't register it and then freeze so you can't get a refund. and it all then went downhill rather rapidly and I am never going there again unless I have no other choice. whoever had that idea in head office deserves a huge pay rise. off of humbase.
