I also think it's horses for courses - and we should be looking in the first instance for quality at this level.

That is certainly Holt. Probably Askou. Probably Hughes. Probably Drury.

Beyond that, not much at all. Disagree on Martin - he's hard working but I think quality is actually his missing ingredient.
