Also, I'd like to take this oppertunity to clarify a point:

Cider is made from apples. Not pears. There is no such thing as a pear cider. There is a perry which is an alcoholic drink made from pears. There is not a pear cider.

Perry is not nice.

If your a fan of blinding cloudy cider have you tried the boxes of Henry Weston's still cider you can get from supermarkets. That's some good s**t.

If you're ever in Cornwall look out for a cider by the Cornwall Cider Co. it's simply Cornwall Cider Co. Vintage. They age it for six months in old apple brandy barrels. It's about ?6 for 750ml but it takes like cider heaven.
