mailchimp seems to get best reviews and is easy to use

the biggest issue you face with all of these is that you have to have an opt in list that is your own. So you can't use it if you're emailing a bought-in list - unless you've used it once and got opt-in. Well you can, but you're breaking the terms of the agreement.

There are a lot around - there's a brilliant one which lets you send in-message videos which get really good response rates (they're not large files, and the video runs automatically) - vismail.com
