Re sleep: 4 things...

1. Go to bed at the same time each night and get up at the same time each morning - no matter how tired you may feel in the morning: do not divert from whatever routine you set yourself
2. Do not take naps during the day
3. Do not use your bedroom for anything else other than sleeping
4. And w**king
