Booked to stay at the Nelson last season

Booked as soon as the fixtures came out to stay after the Bristol City game. When we got to the hotel they gave us some crap about not being able to open one of the rooms - overbooked more like!
Paid for our taxis to and from Duke Street and threw in free breakfast. Ended up in Delaneys so a much shorter walk back to the hotel.
Duke Street clean, tidy and breakfast was fine.
