That BT Total Broadband advert, where the estate agent gets a slow connection

yet the Mrs at home is getting "UP TO" 20mb broadband

What's the estate agent's connection which Mr says "how's business? slow?"

Are BT implying their anytime anywhere package has a connection of "up to" 20 mb?

Might be worth a email to trading standards
