that'll ensure you are dealt with promptly and efficiently in the future and they will make sure to pay special attention to your orders. Better still, ask to speak to someone from head office, someone in charge. Do the same to him or her and they will ensure they switch to a cheaper rate call line and employ more staff to cut down on waiting times.
Alternatively, don't procure from Argos.
