Bring in Steve Tilson

After posted this on a couple of sites but really think we should take a serious look at Steve Tilson. He has done fantastically well on a very tight budget at Southend.

He is knowledgable at this level - he knows the players + the opposition - something that Boothroyd and most of the others mentioned have no clue about.

I watched a few of their games last year and they play good attractive passing football - something we could well do with.

He is one of the longest serving managers in all the leagues now - which says something for his skills. I reckon as a young but experienced manager he is just the kind of modern coach / manager we ought to be looking at. He has been away with the Under 21's too so must be highly thought of by those who know what they are talking about.

He's been on Anglia TV and SKY a few times and comes across as a decent bloke. If we want someone who is going to be able to balance budgets then we may well have our man!

Think he deserves a chance and we might well be the type of challenge that would be just right for him now.
