Shocked at the timing really.

It seems a bit bent-up that it happened so soon after he was given a new contract in the summer and had signed 9 new players.

For some reason The Mirror was the first place to break the story, which led to some people suggesting that there is a mole at the club, hence them having to announce it earlier than they wished.

Most people on here seem to think it was the right thing to do despite the timing. A few Canary Callers weren't happy though - "Well, we've still got the same coaching staff hint we, Neil". " Err yes, for the moment anyway, Baz"".

Someone emailed Sky to say we were just doing all this to get on the tele.
