OK.

1st - Bad Semi backpass, followed by Theo back judgement of the bounce. Seen before by better keepers than him.
2nd - Theo should have held onto ball. Again, seen by better goalkeepers than him.
3rd - Entire defence to blame.
4th - Actually wasn't a free kick to start with. However, well hit and badly positioned.
5th - Nelson, as posted below. A keeper should expect his defender to deal with the situation.
6th - Bloody good finish, again Nelson getting turned iirc.
7th - Nelson again, keeper had to go out to meet the striker. No back up or marking by other defenders on the scorer.
