Little messages and sketches on paper planes thrown out off the plinth.

Hold up a series of "Norfolk is great" posters, just like the New Zealand posters on the wall in Murray's office in Flight of the Conchords. Things like "Norfolk: Not as flat as you probably think.", "Norfolk: It's great (if you avoid Yarmouth)"
