I agree they are marketed very poorly, and I'd have never gone for them on the back of adverts

I think there's a lot in the healthy gut = rest of the body is happy, and I think that's why they work for me

The placebo thing I don't rule out either, as I know they are linked to me amongst the times I haven't been taking them and a poor immune system

I also know it's a placebo thing, cos if I get home on a night and feel a bit iffy, I have an extra one and believe it's gonna help

I guess in the above I'm a case for a percentage of the product being a success, and a percentage of it is an endorsement of the power of positive thinking being a cure

I hear that "overpriced yoghurt" and "I've heard they make things worse" and I look back on the times I struggled, and think "I wonder what would have been a better suggestion", as I'd made an effort to modify everything at the time, daily veg and fruit intake up, healthier eating, and I was still catching stuff. I look on them as me finding that homeopathic rememdy that did something for me
