2 years ago I was getting every bug going, any cold that broke, I had it

any virus, I got it

Then I got an infection, and after the antibiotics, the doctor told me to take probiotics for a couple of weeks to get the good bacteria back

I took them for 2 weeks, I felt good on them, so I took them for 2 months.

Then I felt like you've just said "this is ?4 every 2 weeks I could spend on something else"

Within a month of stopping, I caught another cold and was laid low for 3-4 days

So I went back. I've never had any cold or virus since

Maybe I've got a placebo that is in my head

But they work for me
