But in all honesty we now have about 93 midfielders. Still, would have been happy if he had stayed, he would have been able to supply a few useful passes for the likes of Blubber and Holt.

Would be happy to see Russell leave, mind. What with Tent-Pole, Gill and Hooze; plus the emergence of Adeyemi. Oh, and FattiMattiPatti and the young'un Smith.
