Plus unsafe vehicles

A friend of mine is a trade union official & part of his responsibility is representing VOSA staff. He says that they tell him that a huge number of lorries (particulalrly those from Ireland interestingly) are unsafe & wouldn't get anywhere near passing our MOT's.
