Oh yeah, when are you supposed to breathe out during the front crawl?

I've worked my way up to doing a couple of hundred meters of front crawl in my usual lunchtime 40 lengths, but I'm not very good at it. I've got the face-down-turn-head-to-breathe-every-three-strokes thing, but when am I supposed to breathe out?
