I'm really hoping

that the early things weren't inconsequential and it was a grand plan the whole time. This is what they say in interviews etc but of course there must be quite a few things that they weren't planning miles ahead with....surely?!

Still, you'd expect some major mistakes if they were just adding it all up and coming up with something all these years later, so I hope they did plan it all along. That would be fantastic.
