recommendations for long weekend away in either cornwall/devon?

somewhere with a beach not too far, but fishing harbour kinda place with loadsa pubs/restaurents...

was thinking padstow, aint been there yet.... done and love st ives but wanna try somewhere new!

prefer staying in inns for the lock in!
