User Posted Link - though this'll only really be a ceremonial procession type thing (so not unlike the Grand Prix itself...)
Cavendish has already said he's not interested in leaving his current team, David Millar's history and part-ownership of his current team should probably rule him out too (though his sister has been hired by the Sky team to do admin). Wiggins is halfway through a 2 year-deal but he's the name they need so i reckon they'll spend big money to get him - he isn't the right style of rider to win the Tour though. Finding one within 5 years isn't going to happen imo.
