probablee majors Quails after Scallops though. I'd do a nice White Chateauneuf-du-Pape from Chateau de Beaucastel or a white Rhone, Viognier, from the 2007 vintage at Cedarville Vineyards in El Dorado with the scallops and if they have it, a 2006 Moshin Vineyards Russian River Valley Pinot Noir with the Quail. As you do.
