berlusconi looks equally ridiculous due to the fact that firstly, he has to stand next to gadaffi and not laugh. Secondly his hair looks equally as ridiculous as gadaffi's and thirdly, gadaffi has to stand next to berlusconi and not laugh. how the people behind are not disolving into hysterics is beyond me.
