My letter to FOULGER requesting my rebate........

Dear Mr Foulger

I shall not beat about the bush, and get straight to the point.

I WAS one of the few who was prepared to forgo my rebate as a gesture of goodwill to MY Club.

The letter to me, and all other season ticket holders, is nothing short of insulting and disrespectful and you should, in all truth, be ashamed of your actions. I presume your ?Blackmail? letter had the backing of the board also, and they too should hang their heads in shame.

The season tickets holders at this club are amongst the most loyal, if not THE most loyal, in football at the moment and to treat them with such disrespect is disgraceful.

There were so many different ways to ?protect? the refunds and keep them at the club but the fact you and the board chose this way shows to me and everybody else what a distrustful bunch of people you really are.

If you had stated up front, REGARDLESS of how many refund you will match the total possible refund then the majority would have not claimed.

If you had offered club shop vouchers, then the majority would not have reclaimed.

If you had offered a promotion based incentive, then the majority would not have reclaimed.

From my perspective IF YOU HAD SAID NOTHING I would have not reclaimed.......but you didn?t!

You insulted me.

You disrespected me.

You distrusted me to make the right decision.

For that I will take my refund and hope that sometime soon people capable of managing this club sensibly are found.

You and the board are an embarrassment.
